My name is Catherine, but my friends call me Cathy. I was born in Kinshasa, Zaire, grew up in AZ, but I currently reside in Chicago. I'm single black woman with no kids, no pets, but 2 dying orchids. My parents are still married and live in Dallas, TX. I'm the youngest girl in my family and was a Daddy's girl growing up.

I was a nerd and a tomboy growing up and now I have a degree in Computer Science. I'm self-employed as a software consultant, but I have aspirations of being a lifestyle consultant. I can cook, but have only gotten back into the habit of doing it recently. I like dogs but dislike cats. I love to shop and play in my natural hair. I have never broken a bone or had the chicken pox.
