The other day I received a call from the State's Attorney's office about the case I have against the kids that were caught breaking into my condo the second time.  I have to appear in court on January 26th for a trial, but only one of the defendants will be there. The other boy already pleaded guilty to the burglary charge and he will be sentenced on January 25. I assume that he will only get probation, but I am glad that half of this trial is over.

Hopefully the trial is over quickly. I will be called to the stand to testify that I didn't give them permission to enter my house and remove my property. I hope the three doors they kicked in are enough proof that they weren't supposed to be inside! I am not sure how this will turn out, but I will give you guys an update. I have a friend who is going with me, so I won't be there by myself. Please keep me in your prayers.
