Damn, it's September already... On the real, I have been dealing with some money related issues. My ex business partner still owes me about 10K and I am about to submit my another invoice to him. This is the last invoice that I am every sending him, and I am not sure when I will see my money. He has been giving me partial payments, but his lateness is starting to affect my cash flow... I have been having to tell myself that God is my source and not him, but sometimes it rings hollow. Since I am removing him as the middle man, I want to restructure some things in my business and transfer it to IL. I spoke to a lawyer and an accountant and I still am torn about what I should do. I am also working at getting my condo association running efficiently. At this moment we have reserves, but most of that money is from my unit. With that all being said, here are my September goals.

• Get my condo association's water bill paid - No one has ever paid the water bill and the building was completed in 2005:-(
• Get quotes for insurance on our entire building for the condo association to evaluate
  
• Dissolve AZ business and re-structure business in IL - Gotta get my money right
  
• Schedule appointment for new glasses and contacts - It's been too long
  
• Bill 140 hours - Gotta get that money
  
• Survive my Mom's visit - She is coming for a 4 day trip on the 21st
  
• Finish all exercises in "Write it Down, Make it Happen"
