I broke out my trusty navy blue tank top in order to do an apples to apples comparison of my hair. This was last year.

And this is yesterday..


In last year's picture I had a fresh flat-iron and in yesterday's picture, I had pincurled my hair so the ends are curled, but you get the point. What this picture lacks in length, I definitely made up for in health. I most happy about the back of my hair growing out. It would suck to have been APL and still had only 2 inches in that section. I'm determined to reach APL by December.

I will admit that it felt good to have straight hair again. I've always been a straight hair girl, and although I love my curls, I felt like I looked like myself if that makes sense. The weather was great and I went out and had a good time. Here some random shots of my outfits.





The coral dress is an old American Apparel find that I totally forgot about until Friday at 7 PM. The bandage skirt is BCBG/Herve Leger and the striped shirt is a bebe body suit. I haven't worn a bodysuit since high school, but I think I may need to get a few more. It made my life so much easier, until I had to go to the bathroom that is. Either way it was great not having to worry about tucking in my shirt. I usually go hard for dresses, but I think I may have to get more skirts and tops for the summer. Don't be surprised if you see this skirt again. It's my favorite item in the closet right now.
